globegarden is a bilingual day care center where children are lovingly cared for and individually nurtured. our main focus is our early learning program discovering the world step by step© with an age-specific international curriculum.
we follow the zurich educational curriculum and the international baccalaureaut the primary years programme. social behaviour in the group, early musical education, artistic design, exercise and sport, experiencing nature as well as natural science form the educational daily life.
we know that children can only then give their best and unfold their whole potential when they receive individual encouragement. therefore right from the first moment a personal teacher will be allocated to you and your child. this teacher is your primary contact person and a special confidant for your child. furthermore each new child is allocated an elder child from the group as tutor to stand by its side. this way we create a warm, secure and familiar atmosphere where your child can prosper, grow and fully develop.
highest possible flexibility
we offer a full day care concept with opening hours of 07.00 - 21.00 on almost 365 days a year, flexible hours of care, additional service benefits and a weekend program.
each child and all parents have variable needs. our modular approach enables each family to create an individually tailored place for their child. modules with a variation in the number of days your child is looked after, times for bringing and collecting your child, programs for the type of care of your child, additional services or weekend offers can be put together individually.
our additional services include, among other things, managing doctors prescribed vaccinations, check up visits to the dentist, babysitter cooperation with globesitters and children's party service. our weekend program covers varying educational offers in the sport, art, music or theater areas.
personnel and development
we attach great importance to having optimally skilled staff. our teachers are officially recognised and educated in various special fields. many of them are specialised in social areas, fine arts areas, artistic areas or early educational sport areas.
our employees pass through strict eligibility and interview processes after which they are accordingly selected. after engagement we regularly conduct objectives discussions and monitor progress, development and the contentment of our staff. furthermore we pay attention to the continuous training of our staff and encourage advanced education and instruction courses.

the well being of your child is our top priority. we have therefore defined strict quality management for our day care center.
in clearly defined process sequences we regularly check safety, hygiene and quality. the cleanliness of our establishment is ensured by a professional cleaning team that caters daily for the disinfection and hygiene. any work required inside and outside is taken care of professionally. the surrounding area is kept suitable for the children at all times.
emergency installations and fire security paths are checked by the police. at regular intervals, together with the children, we practice how to behave in emergency situations.
